1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that high order volumes or postal service delays may cause slight variations in processing times.
2. Payment Policy
We process all orders exclusively through secure advance payments at checkout.

Orders will only be processed and dispatched once the payment has been successfully authorized and cleared. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected:

4. International Shipping & Customs
If you are ordering from outside the United States, please note that ECA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system so you can monitor your package's journey.
6. Damages and Issues
ECA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim.
